Single Port Instruments
Intended Use
The instruments are intended for multiple instrument or camera access to the abdominal cavity through a single incision for performing minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures.
Contraindications for Use
The instrument is not intended for use when endoscopic techniques are contraindicated.
Instructions for Use
1. Make sure the device has been cleaned and sterilized before the operation.
2.Inspect the instrument for overall condition and physical integrity. Do not use the instrument if any damage is noted.
3. Conduct the operation following minimally invasive surgical principles.
Disassemble：
1. Unscrew down the shaft.
2. Unscrew down spring cap from stopcock, remove cock plug.
Reset：
1.After clean and sterilization, insert the cock plug and fix with the spring cap. Tighten slightly.
2. Test for proper operation.
Clean, Disinfection and Sterilization:
Clean: We recommend using the ultrasonic cleaning method.
Disinfection: It is recommended to be disinfected by 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde. Please follow the instructions of disinfectant manufacturer.
Sterilization: We recommend using the moist heat. the sterilization parameter listed below:

Storage
Stored in controlled environment, which is kept away from the sun, rats, fire, insects and caustic gas, as well as with good ventilation.
Storage temperature range: -20℃～50℃, relative humidity range: 10%～80%.
